The RMMHA is excited to offer online registration again for the 2034-2024 season.

Online registration opens on 3 July 2023 at 8:00 am and will be open until 18 August 2023 at 5:00 pm.  
Please note that the preferred method of payment is etransfer. Please send an etransfer to: treasurerrmmha@gmail.com (password should be Hockey23). Please include your child's first and last name when sending the payment.

Player Transfers

Transfers
For players who live outside the RMMHA boundaries, requests to the District 4 Chair (and the Chairs of the home associations) must be made and processed through the Hockey Canada Registry. 
The process includes the following steps:

1)  Complete the House League Transfer Application Form. 
     This is a .pdf that can be downloaded, printed, and scanned (or photographed clearly) OR may be filled electronically. 
2)  Email the completed form to the RMMHA registrar at registrar.rmmha@gmail.com.

3)  The form will be sent through the HCR for signatures from the appropriate authorities.  

5) If/When the transfer has been granted for the season, parents will be notified that they are eligible to register online. 


Moves 

If a family has moved and their child(ren) will need to have the RMMHA as the new home association, please contact the registrar at registrar.rmmha@gmail.com.

Multiple Player Discount

As in years past, the RMMHA offers a reduced fee for the third (and additional) child(ren) registered with the association for house league only.

If you are registering three or more children for the 2023-2024 season, the online registration system is set to reduce by 50% the lowest fee(s) (i.e. the third, fourth or fifth fee).  You should see the fee reduction in the Check Out.  If the system does not show the discount, please contact the Registrar. 

Families with three children or more whose children play on Tier 1 or Tier 2 competitive teams are not eligible for the family discount for a second or third player who stays with the RMMHA. When players opt to play on competitive teams, the fees are paid to the competitive organizations; as a consequence, the discounted fees for house league players results in an unsustainable loss to the RMMHA.

Fee Transfers for Competitive
The RMMHA Executive met the mandate put forward by the membership and implemented an online registration system in cooperation with Hockey Canada.  Our members now have a convenient way to manage their children's hockey profiles, register 24/7, and access different payment options including credit card installments and money orders.  All of our RMMHA members are able to enjoy the benefits of this new system, and the Executive feels that it is fair that all members for whom the RMMHA is their home association share in the administrative costs of implementing and operating this new online registration system. 

For this reason, a $25 Administrative Fee will apply to all players transferring out of the RMMHA home association to other associations to play on competitive teams. The fee covers the costs incurred by RMMHA to accurately process and administer the player's initial registration and payment as well as processing the refund so that the registration fees (less the administration fee) are returned to you in a timely manner.
