Please request one only if you require a reciept.

Please note that even though your receipt currently says this expense is eligible for the Children's Fitness Tax Credit, this tax credit is not an option under the current federal government.  As such, please disregard this statement.  Hockey Canada is working to eventually remove this line from your receipt
