Director's reports is available here for member review. While there will be an opportunity to ask questions during the meeting it is requested that people send their questions via email to Matt Covey (
sec.rmmha@gmail.com) by Wednesday May 27 at 7pm. The questions will be forwarded to the applicable board member. Questions and answers will be presented at the meeting.
The 2019 AGM minutes are available below for review and questions. There will not be a motion to approve the 2019 minutes due to online voting restrictions. The purpose of providing them for review is to determine if anyone has questions or comments on them.
