• Below are the dates/times for conditioning sessions for the first couple of weeks at each level. Additional weeks will be added early Sept. and communicated to the membership.
• Some dates/times are subject to change, but will be communicated to the membership if they occur.
• Goalies at the U11 to U18 level will be invited to the Player conditioning sessions. Email Hockey Operations to inquire (First come first serve).
