Call For Volunteers

Hello Richmond and Munster Hockey Community!

We're on the lookout for volunteers for our upcoming ice hockey season; we’re specifically looking for the following:

• Head coaches for all levels; and
• ​On-ice volunteers to help run the conditioning sessions and sort outs.

Head Coaches

This is your chance to inspire, mentor, and lead a team of youth players to their potential on the ice.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for ice hockey.
• Basic understanding of the game and its rules.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to commit to the season and work collaboratively with players, parents, and other coaches.
• Ability to get Police Record Check

No prior coaching experience? No worries! We will provide for the necessary coaching classes and necessary support to guide you through. If you believe you have what it takes to lead, inspire, and make a positive impact in our community, please fill out the form.

On-Ice Volunteers

Earn volunteer hours for school doing something you love - hockey! Add your name to the form, and you will be provided an opportunity to sign up to time slots through the months of September.

What you will do:

• Assisting with player registration.
• Setting up and breaking down equipment.
• Supporting coaches with drills and evaluations.

Requirements:

• A positive attitude and team spirit.
• Basic knowledge of ice hockey.
• Can skate well and have skates, stick, gloves and a helmet
• Must be registered for the upcoming 
• Born in 2009 or earlier.
