This serves as formal notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of RMMHA. We kindly request your attendance as valued members of our association.

Please note that only registered members in good standing are eligible to vote.
 
Your participation and input are crucial for the continued success of our minor hockey association. We encourage all members to attend.
 
We are seeking nominations for the following executive positions:

1. President
2. Vice President of Competitive
3. Director of Hockey Operations
4. Treasurer
5. Registrar
6. Ice Scheduler
7. Director of Fundraising
8. Vice President
9. Assistant to Hockey Operations
10. Director of Tournaments
11. Director of Risk and Safety
12. Director of Communications

 
All nominations need to be sent via email to: sec.rmmha@gmail.com by April 2, 2024. All nominations will be posted on our website on April 9, 2024.  The vote will take place at the AGM meeting.

It is requested that people send their questions via email to Michelle Conway sec.rmmha@gmail.com by Friday April 12^th at 5:00 pm. The questions will be forwarded to the applicable board member. Questions and answers will be presented at the meeting. As there are many positions to be filled there may not be enough time to open the floor for questions.
