At the recent 2021 RMMHA AGM three changes to the RMMHA Constitution were passed pending a 30-day notice to members. Below you will find the three changes. Per article 20 d of the RMMHA Constitution (hyperlink to Constitution document) a 30-day notice is being given to all members of the Association regarding the changes.
Change 1) remove the Director of Canteen Operations position from all parts of the Constitution
Change 2) amend the Constitution Article 9a:
as read currently:
All cheques drawn on the association account shall require the signatures of the president and treasurer of the Association.
to be changed to:
All cheques drawn on the association account shall require two signatures of the president, Vice President - House, Vice President - Competitive, or Treasurer
Change 3) amend the constitution Article 20(d)
as read currently:
Twenty (30) days notice of proposed amendments to the Constitution or By-laws
to be changed to:
Thirty (30) days notice of proposed amendments to the Constitution or By-laws
