We are excited to announce that RMMHA will be once again offering treadmill training at a fantastic discounted rate of only $15.00 per session.
The sessions will run twice a week on Tuesdays at 5:00pm and Thursdays at 7:00pm. Each sessions will take place at the Kemptville Training Centre,
639 Van Buren St.
Sessions start this Tuesday October 3rd.
