Sens Learn 2 Play Program in Richmond opens a second program this Fall!

The Ottawa Senators, the National Hockey League and the NHL Players Association are pleased to provide the Little Sens - Learn to Play program, an introductory program for children 4 to 8 years old. These age groups will coincide with Hockey Canada's Initiation and Novice levels.

*Children who previously registered in the learn to play program or in minor hockey through HEO, OMHA, Hockey Outaouais, or ODWHA are not eligible to participate in this program.

Cost: $169 + tax
Location: Richmond Arena
Dates: Saturdays 12:00 - 1:00pm (starting October 14th) OR Saturdays 11:00 - 12:00pm (starting October 14th)

Each registered participant will receive:
  • 10 weeks of one (1) hour cross-ice instructional sessions
  • Visits by Senators Alumni, including Chris Phillips, Todd White, & Shaun Van Allen
  • Head-to-toe Little Sens hockey equipment: Helmet, skates, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads, pants, shin pads, stick, equipment bag, socks and a jersey.
  • Please note a mouth guard, neck guard and athletic supporter (jock/jill) are not included with the equipment for Little Sens. These items are required to be worn on-ice and are available for purchase at your local Canadian Tire location or sports retailer.
