Please forward nominations to Cheryl Gault at RMMHA.sec@rogers.com by April 5, 2017.  Please ensure that any nominees are aware of their nomination, and are willing to accept.  For every nomination, please include contact information for the nominee as we will be contacting them to confirm their nomination acceptance.  The list of nominees will be posted in the arena and on the website on April 12, 2017.
If a Director is not running for their position, and no nominations have been received for that role, then nominations will be accepted from the AGM floor.  If a nomination is received, it will be posted and no nominations will be accepted from the floor at the AGM.
Please refer to the RMMHA Constitution for a description of the Director’s position.  Any questions regarding these positions can be emailed to myself or the current Director (email available on the RMMHA website).
