Richmond Royals U13B - 2022 Bell Captial Cup Champions

From Jan 29 to 31, the U13 Royals battled their way to the Bell Capital Cup final held at the Canadian Tire Centre.  Although they went undefeated throughout, the games were all close and kept everyone on the edge of their seats.  From Round Robin close calls, dreaded overtime in the Semi-Final to a one goal win in the Final, these players kept focused on the prize at the end.  New this year was a Shootout competition where every team had 5 shootout attempts for each of 3 round robin games.  Our goalie made sure we brought this trophy home as well.  Desmond stopped 13 of the 15 attempts on him and was a force to be reckoned with during each game!
